Instructions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients: cook rice, grill salmon or tofu, steam edamame, and slice vegetables.
  2. In a bowl, place the warm brown rice as the base.
  3. Arrange grilled salmon or tofu, avocado, edamame, carrots, cucumber, and pickled ginger on top.
